ecElite
As do the other services, ecElite operates under the SMS umbrella and can be configured as needed to meet the goals of your
particular website. You tell us what your operational processes are and we customize ecElite appropriately. You
can think of the ecElite modules in SMS as your storefront's backoffice. You use ecElite to manage your products,
customer order fulfillment transactions, and every other aspect of running your ecommerce site. As with all SMS
interfaces, ecElite uses a combination of fill-in-the blank, checkboxes and buttons, and a Microsoft-Word-like editor to
support your maintenance activities, including uploading files and images.
